If you are an individual or organisation that is at any stage of a licensing deal we would be very happy to meet with you and give our opinion on your next steps, including valuation, deal structure or other. There is no cost for this service and the team at E-Synergy has significant experience in this area.

Licensing Introductory Seminars

Our licensing introductory seminars are an opportunity for individuals or organisations to pitch their potential licensing deal to our mentors (people who have experience in IP licensing) and to receive feedback from them on the opportunity. E-Synergy works with the IP owners to assess the idea rigorously in advance of the pitch opportunity including:

• Initial assessment.
• Detailed assessment to include:
• Examination of the IP.
• Check competing solutions.
• Assess the commercial opportunity.
• Provide a template presentation and a session to develop the presentation for the event.
• Pre-event presentation review.
• Post-event action plans based on feedback from mentors.
• Facilitation of relationships should a mentor wish to help exploit a particular idea.
